When the BESA license is not freed at program exit

In BESA Research and in the BESA MRI 64 bit version, it can happen that the license session is not terminated completely upon program exit. This can prevent BESA MRI from re-starting.

To fix this issue:

BESA MRI 64 bit version

  1. Download a zip file with additional external license manager files here.
  2. Un-zip into the installation folder of the application (e.g. C:\Program Files\BESA\MRI_2_0_x64).

Now the license should be freed correctly after program exit.

BESA Research

  1. Download a zip file with additional external license manager files here.
  2. Un-zip into the installation folder of the application (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\BESA\Research_6_1).

Now the license should be freed correctly after program exit.
